Payment:

  • 50% at booking
  • Full: 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation fee:

  • 30+ days before arrival: no charge
  • 30-15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
  • 15- 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

House rules:

  • No smoking (allowed on balcony)
  • No pets
  • No parties
  • Only registered persons in apartment
