Apartment Yako is centrally located in Snow Space Salzburg. The ski lift is close by, and restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a bakery and more are all in the immediate area and within walking distance.
It is at the back of Haus Obauer on the market square in Wagrain. The market square is the heart of the village, and festivities are regularly held here.
The nearest ski lift is the Grafenbergbahn, about 500 metres away. You can walk there, but in ski boots a short ride on the ski bus is often more comfortable. The stop is close to the apartment and the ski bus runs frequently. The Flying Mozart lift is not far away either. Wagrain Wasserwelt is 600 metres away.
The apartment is on the second floor and has an east-facing balcony. There is a lift.
Free parking is available in the building’s parking garage. The basement has a heated ski room and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is 60 m² and has underfloor heating throughout.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and plenty of kitchen utensils.
Living room
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and two armchairs. There is good Wi-Fi and a smart TV. The apartment also has various (board) games. The living room opens onto the balcony.
Bathroom
There is a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe. One bedroom has a door to the balcony.
A spacious apartment, very nicely furnished. Plenty of room and every convenience. Located in the lovely village of Wagrain. The apartment is opposite the village square, so it's nice and lively. In the evenings we enjoyed the village festivities. There is also plenty to do in the area. We especially enjoyed all the child-friendly activities nearby. And we visited the nearby swimming pool and playground several times; they were a huge hit with the children!

Clean, tidy and well equipped. Parking in a private garage. Walking distance to everything. Friendly, available and helpful host.
We are a family of 4 and had a fantastic week of skiing in Wagrain, where the apartment was the perfect base with perfect facilities. Centrally located, easy access to public transport, shops and activities. A clear recommendation from us.

I fully recommend Apartment Yako - the apartment is located in the town center, with great accessibility to surroundings. We stayed there 3 adults for a week, the apartment is well staffed. Above all, Edwin is a pleasant and very responsive host, communicates in a timely manner and very helpful.

A really good week, a very good host who always answered the questions we had. On top of that it was nicely central and perfect for a ski holiday!
We had a great time and one week was way too short. The owner has been so thoughtful about everything and provided in advance. And most important, the location is so so so convenient and very easy to go everywhere we want. The local open market (the tourist office also be there) is just downstairs. People enjoy the vacation, meanwhile, the noise would not bother us. Our children were very happy with the good WIFI. We cannot ask more.
Located in the centre of Wagrain, within walking distance of the Grafenberg lift and with lots of restaurants and shops right nearby. Covered parking, a practical ski room and an apartment that has everything it promises. Expensive, but everything is at this time of year if you want to stay centrally. We thought it was worth the money. Edwin is the perfect host. He replies quickly and solves problems straight away. We will definitely be happy to come back.
All communication with the host was quick and precise. Edwin was kind enough to send us updates on the local COVID-19 situation in Austria in the run-up to our stay. Really easy check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Yako. Everything was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Edwin was a great host — communication was clear, quick, and very helpful from the very beginning. The location is perfect and the whole experience was very pleasant. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wagrain.
Edwin's place is a great, and Edwin is a very good host. We had some issue with the baby crib when we checked in and Edwin was eager to help us find a solution from a distance. The location is extremely central in Wagrain, which is great, but note that accordingly it can get somewhat noisy as well, even during the night. Note this is a very self-service apartment: Bring your own everything (including essentials like soap and TP).

We like the accommodation and we like the village. There is a parking space. With a car you will be very satisfied. There is a big supermarket and there are good restaurants.
A central location for a great holiday. Great location in the middle of Wagrain. The lifts are also very easy to walk to. Nice restaurants within a short walk. Handy ski locker in the basement of the apartment. The parking garage was nice too, with a covered and spacious spot for the car. The beds were lovely and the apartment was well equipped. Contact with the host went very well, as did the check-in. In short, a perfect place to stay in the ski season! The view from the balcony is of other apartments and sometimes there was a bit of noise from outside, but that makes sense when you stay in the centre.

Practical and easy. The location was absolutely top, very easy for both shopping and ski rental and so on. The apartment was practically furnished, which was absolutely perfect. A few kitchen items were missing: for example there were only 3 teaspoons, and the pans were a bit small. But otherwise no major problems.

A great place, recommended if you like somewhere quiet. Good comfort and good beds. We had our own breakfast. The location right in the centre, with good transport options to lovely excursions nearby. Nice walks within walking distance of the gondola. Majestic nature that is easy to reach. It took some time to find the place, as the name and the building didn't quite match. We didn't see the word Yako anywhere, but once we found it everything went smoothly. The host was very helpful with questions.

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Wagrain, the bus stops right outside the door. It was clean and tidy and we could already check in at 1 pm 👍 Expect some noise from the surrounding apartments. We can only give the apartment our very best recommendation.

We had a very good stay in Edwin's Apartment Yako. The apartment was perfect for the four of us, matched the description completely and had all the necessary equipment. The apartment has parking and is also very well located right in the centre of Wagrain, and we could easily enjoy hikes on the nearby peaks, which are very accessible by gondola. Edwin was very available and responsive in answering our questions before and during our stay, and we really appreciated the Wagrain guest cards Edwin provided for our stay, which among other things give free access to the Wagrain water park.
A beautiful place for the background to discover the alpine nature. Large apartment with all necessary equipment. The photos correspond to reality. We were here in the summer with three children and we were satisfied. Cable car to Grafenberg within walking distance. In the basement there is a washing machine with dryer, the fee is three times one euro coin. Parking is in the garage right at the entrance to the building. Above the building is the ruins of a castle converted into a huge playground - when staying with children, I recommend not to miss. We booked the accommodation less than 24 hours before arrival and Edwin was able to arrange everything. Communication was without problems.
Amazing location for exploring the slopes. Great information about ski passes and a lovely (and very reasonable) ski hire shop right across the road. The apartment was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes and we cooked 4 of the 7 nights we stayed. Good selection of pots, pans and utensils. Edwin was fantastic at keeping in touch, always came back quickly with any queries we had and had brilliant advice. Would stay again and recommend for a great spot for exploring the area.
